On-Call Engineering Consultants


HCSD is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for On-Call Engineering Consultants.  Sealed Request for SOQ will be received by the HCSD at 5055 Walnut Drive, Eureka, CA 95503 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024.  Contract awards are anticipated in mid-September 2024.  HCSD is requesting statements from qualified engineering consultants for the following tasks:  Public Works, Municipal Engineering, Surveying, Development Services, Environmental Services, and Grant Writing.  Experience in all task areas may not preclude a firm from selection.  To view the details of this soliciation, please click here.

Rehabilitation of the Donna Drive Water Storage Tank
 
HCSD is currently soliciting bids for the Rehabilitation of one (1) 0.5MG Water Storage Tank referred to as Donna Drive.  In order to participate in the bid, all contenders must participate in the pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.  The final date to submit sealed bids is October 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.  Please click here to view the complete bid pack documents.
