The Humboldt Community Services District Board of Directors meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. at the District Office located at 5055 Walnut Drive, Eureka, CA.
The HCSD Boardroom is open to the public during open session segment(s) of the meeting. This meeting will also be held by Zoom video/teleconference, per California Government Code Section 54953(b). In 2010, The Humboldt Community Services Districts Board of Directors adopted a policy to guide public participation in an orderly and effective manner. The Public Comment Policy provides procedures for appearances before the Board of Directors and its committees.
