Sewer Smoke Testing - King Salmon Community - Wednesday, January 14, 2026 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The Humboldt Community Services District will be conducting sewer smoke testing in the King Salmon area on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. This routine testing process uses a non-toxic, odorless smoke to help identify potential issues in the public sewer system and on the connecting private systems.. The smoke may be visible outdoors and could enter buildings through dry plumbing fixtures, but it is harmless to people, pets, and structures, and will dissipate quickly.
