Current Bidding Opportunities

HCSD is soliciting bids for the construction of one replacement municipal water supply well and the destruction of two existing water supply wells.  The specifications bid package for the project may be viewed by clicking the file attachment below or at our District offices located at 5055 Walnut Drive, Eureka, CA 95503 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Separate sealed bids for the South Bay Well Project will be received by the HCSD at 5055 Walnut Drive, Eureka, CA  95503 until 2:00 p.m. February 20, 2018, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.  Sealed bid documents must be received in person or by U.S. Mail or other courier.  No FAX or email bids will be accepted.  It is estimated that the lowest responsible, responsive bidder will be awarded the bid on February 27, 2018.  The successful bidder will then have until 5:00 p.m. August 31, 2018 to complete the South Bay Well Project.

HCSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  HCSD will not be liable for any costs incurred by the bidder incidental to the preparation, submittal, or evaluation of their bids, or in the negotiation, execution, and delivery of an agreement that may be awarded as a result of this solicitation for bids.
