2026-27 Capital Improvement Program
The Humboldt Community Services District Board of Directors approves an annual Capital Improvement Plan that details the cost and scheduling for the anticipated capital projects and expenditures for a five-year period. The current Capital Improvement Plan begins in Fiscal Year 2026-27 and ends in Fiscal Year 2030-31. The plan also includes less detailed projections of anticipated expenditures for the ten- and twenty-year planning horizons.
